Granny Dowbekin’s offer great homemade food with a menu of family favourites. Ingredients are sourced locally and presented in a Cumbrian style and generosity. The tea room offers something for everybody serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. There is a tempting selection of homemade cakes and traybakes on display in the main tearoom and they always have gluten free options, vegan cakes and a range of dairy free and nut free delicacies.

Love Cake Cafe pride themselves on producing simple dishes bursting with flavour, and using fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients. They always have a selection of gluten free offerings, ranging from soups, salads, frittatas and cake. Please do ask if you don’t see what you are looking for as Love Cake Cafe are always happy to adapt. They do use nuts and gluten in their kitchens and although every care is given, they can’t guarantee that food will be free from traces.

Lucy’s Tearoom is a traditional English tearoom in the heart of Stow-on-the-Wold, the highest market town in the Cotswolds. We have a sensational team who believe in a high quality and personal service, and local, fresh and ethical produce. From home cooked all day breakfasts, to delicious light lunches, to freshly baked homemade scones and cakes, there is something for everyone. We have options for wheat and dairy free diets, and try our best to cater for anyone with allergies.

Rock Garden has only been open for a couple of years but is already known known for its live music in Torquay. Also serving delicious food, either freshly made pizzas cooked in our wood burning stone oven or our legendary burgers and juicy steaks. Also served are; salads to sandwiches and soups to stews as well as a separate vegan, vegetarian and gluten free menu. As expected all our food is freshly made and prepared on the premises. The other reason behind Rock Garden’s success is the large outdoor space with an incredible beer garden. The garden has to be seen to be believed. During the summer you can soak up the sun while enjoying our food, jugs of Pimms or one of our amazing cocktails.

Zoe, co-owner and distiller at Shed One Distillery has created a gluten free Afternoon G&Tea made up of savoury bites, scones and sweet treats. They include botanicals used in creating their artisan spirits. Shed One also source local ingredients, including foraging around their l’al town. The coffees & loose leaf teas are supplied by Penningtons Coffee Roasters & Tea Merchants who ethically source their coffee. Silver Winner: Visit England Experience of the Year, 2023.

The Boathouse is Worcestershire’s premier tapas restaurant and wine bar serving Mediterranean and British tapas dishes for lunch or evening meals. We are also open for drinks and coffees. The Boathouse boasts the best view in town with outside seating and balcony areas overlooking the River Severn. 80% of our menu is gluten free, we do not use flour in any of our sauces and with prior notice any fried foods can be made with corn flour. We also always stock gluten free bread.

The Digey Food Room is a cafe and luxury food store in the beautiful town of St. Ives in Cornwall. We are located on The Digey – a quiet cobbled street between the shops, Tate gallery and Porthmeor Beach, in what was once the UK’s first ever surf shop! Now in our 10th year as Bath’s only Bagel shop & Cafe, we are firmly established as one of the top lunch spots in town. All our food is freshly prepared to order, using high quality, fresh and locally sourced ingredients to fill our bagels. Our cosy cafe offers a haven from the busy town centre, with over 40 seats inside and a secluded courtyard area. Perfect for a relaxing breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. Not only do we sell the most delicious bagels (and salads, and baguettes, and wraps!) but we also do great coffee, fresh smoothies and the thickest of real ice cream milkshakes. We also cater for gluten free and coeliac customers with gluten free bread, a separate preparation area and almost all fillings gluten free.
