The fish is selected by them each day at market where it is prepared on the harbourside by skilled fishmongers and delivered each morning to their restaurants. The menu features classic seafood dishes and all the favourites like dressed crab, oysters, prawns and traditional fish and chips; but the real stand out is the daily selection of seafood which gets marked up the tablecloth by the waiter who will explain the cooking method of each one, whether it be chargrilled, roasted or crisp fried.
