Bill’s was founded in 2001 by Greengrocer Bill Collinson in Lewes, East Sussex. After a flood Bill added a café to his shop and after great success went on to open a second restaurant in Brighton. Bill’s have since expanded and opened 81 sites across the UK. It’s restaurants are packed full of vibrant colour and vintage trinkets and it’s seasonal menu caters for every occasion and taste. Ranging from daily dinner specials to British classics and fresh plant based alternatives, Bill’s have something for everyone. Bill’s also have an extensive menu suitable for individuals who want to avoid gluten. The menu includes some of our speciality dishes such as the King Prawn Risotto, Chicken Green Curry and Bill’s Hamburger. We also have some fresh and seasonal gluten free salads, including a Glow Bowl and Beetroot, Lentil and Blackberry salad.

Pho is a Vietnamese street food restaurant that specialises in pho noodle soup, but offers a large range of classic Vietnamese dishes such as curries, rice bowls, noodles and salads. Pho are particularly popular with gluten-free diners and they are accredited by Coeliac UK. There are only a handful of items on their menu that contain gluten, and these are clearly marked with an asterisk on their menu, so it’s very easy for gluten-free diners to relax and enjoy their meal.
