Cantina Kitchen and Bar is a family run business conveniently located slap bang next to one of the most beautiful dog friendly beaches in Torbay. We’ve lived in Paignton for many years and we love it. We thought it was high time Paignton had a chilled-out place for people to relax, unwind and experience great food in a lovely atmosphere. Our sandwiches, pizza and salads are all gluten free, the vast majority of our other dishes can be made gluten free too.

East in the West presents yet another edition of a well-researched menu reflecting a variety of flavours used in different regions of India, from the temperate flavours of Kashmir to the piquant offerings of the Konkan coastline. Blending aromatic Indian spices with modern cooking techniques and minimal use of oil, East in the West produces flavours that add a new dimension to the experience of dining. East in the West has been designed with elegance, style, and attention to detail. A harmonious arrangements varying in texture, material and colour, the interiors of the restaurant are enhanced by the pleasing use of light and contrast that creates a sense of intimacy. The ambience and atmosphere of this restaurant gives a relaxing and unforgettable dining experience to our Curry Lovers. The menu has a variety of gluten free options.

Founded in 2004 as a take-away in Market Street, Torquay, we were the very first Nepalese Cuisine Specialist in the whole of Torbay or Devon. We have grown from a single small takeaway to a big licensed restaurant. We serve stylish, high quality, great value Nepalese and Indian Cuisine, as well as outstanding quality food. Most items on the menu can be made gluten free.

Lovingly prepared to order, our daily fish is landed at Brixham, and supplied by Kingfisher Fish Company, our meat is from local quality butcher ‘Gibbins’ much of it sourced from the South West and our vegetables are from quality local greengrocers ‘Chalices’. We always use suppliers of local produce and thereby ensure the quality and flavours and maintain the standards we feel proud to serve you, whilst supporting our local economy. TJ’s boasts an outside terrace and dining room with probably one of the best views in The Bay where customers/friends can sit and enjoy a cold beer a local Bays Brewery Ale, bottle of wine or soft drink from our local suppliers ‘Tolchards’ or great Fairtrade ‘Lavazza’ coffee whilst taking in the ever changing vista. The menu has many gluten free options other dishes can be tweaked with appropriate ingredients to give further choice.
